CalinaOne Enterprise owns and manages residential rental homes in Salinas, Marina, and Seaside, California.
This policy applies to information we collect through our website, calinaoneproperties.com, by phone, by text message (SMS), by email, and through rental applications and leases.
Information we collect
We collect personal information that you give us directly when you contact us, apply to rent, or live in one of our properties:
- Contact information: name, mobile and other phone numbers, email address, and mailing address.
- Rental inquiry information: the property you are interested in, desired move-in date, household size, and showing preferences.
- Rental application information: employment and income details, rental history, references, and identification needed to evaluate your application. With your authorization, we may obtain credit and background reports from consumer reporting agencies.
- Tenancy information: lease details, rent payment history, maintenance requests, and communications with us.
- Messages: the content of texts, calls, and emails you exchange with us.
- Website information: information you enter in forms on our website, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
We use personal information only to run our rental business and serve prospective and current tenants:

Text messaging (SMS)
CalinaOne Enterprise texts only people who contact us first by text or phone about a rental listing or their tenancy, or who opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our website forms. When you call us, we ask for your permission before following up by text.
Our texts cover your rental inquiry, showings, your application, rent reminders, maintenance and repairs, notices of entry, and property notices. Every text identifies CalinaOne Enterprise as the sender. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. The information-sharing categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
- To opt out, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation from CalinaOne Enterprise and no further texts.
- To opt back in, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or update your personal information by contacting us below. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
