How to sign up for text messages
You can choose to receive text messages from CalinaOne Enterprise (CalinaOne Properties) in any of these ways:
- On our website: on the rental application or the showing request form, check the optional box next to the phone number that says: "I agree to receive text messages from CalinaOne Enterprise (CalinaOne Properties) about my rental inquiry, showings, application and tenancy. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to rent. We never share your mobile number or consent with third parties. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy." The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit either form without it. (Listing alerts for new homes are sent by email only, never by text.)
- By texting us first: text (831) 287-6422 (the number on our website, listings and signs) about a rental listing or your tenancy. Our first reply confirms you're signed up and tells you how to get help or stop.
- By phone: if you call us, we ask before following up by text: "May we text you about your request at this number? Texts come from CalinaOne Enterprise (CalinaOne Properties). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. We never share your mobile number with third parties. Our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are at calinaoneproperties.com." We text you only if you say yes.
- Who sends them: CalinaOne Enterprise, which operates its rental homes as CalinaOne Properties. Every text identifies CalinaOne Enterprise as the sender.
- What you'll receive: texts about your rental inquiry, showings, your application, rent reminders, maintenance and repairs, notices of entry, and property notices.
- Consent: You'll receive texts only if you contact us first by text or phone about a rental listing or your tenancy (when you call, we ask your permission before following up by text), or if you check the text-message consent box on one of our website forms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting or applying.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You'll receive one confirmation from CalinaOne Enterprise and no further texts.
- Opt back in: Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
